Terms & Conditions
At Indian Travel Consultants, we aim to make the payment process smooth, transparent, and secure. By confirming a tour or travel service with us, you agree to the following payment terms and conditions:
- Booking Confirmation
- A tour is considered confirmed only upon receipt of advance payment and written confirmation from Indian Travel Consultants.
- We recommend early booking to ensure availability of hotels, flights, and special experiences.
- Payment Schedule
Unless stated otherwise in your invoice or tour proposal:
- At the time of booking: 30% of the total tour cost (non-refundable advance)
- 90 days before departure: 50% of the total amount (to secure hotels, flights, and permits)
- 30 days before departure: Remaining 20% of the balance
Bookings made within 30 days of departure must be paid in full at the time of confirmation.
- Accepted Modes of Payment
We accept the following payment methods:
Wire Transfer
Online Credit Card (3.5%) Bank charges if paying by Credit card
Bank details will be provided upon request or invoice.
- Payment Confirmation
- All payments must be notified via email or WhatsApp with transaction details.
- Payment is considered complete only upon receipt in our account and issuance of a payment receipt/invoice.
- Taxes & Charges
- All quoted prices are inclusive of applicable GST (Goods and Services Tax) unless stated otherwise.
- Additional taxes, entrance fees, or government charges imposed after booking will be communicated and may be payable by the client.
- Delayed or Non-Payment
- Failure to pay by the due date may result in cancellation of services and forfeiture of the advance.
- Indian Travel Consultants reserves the right to deny or cancel services until full payment is received.
- Currency & Exchange Rate
- For international clients, payments must be made in USD, EUR, GBP, or INR, depending on the agreed invoice.
- Currency exchange rate fluctuations between booking and final payment may reflect in final billing.
- Refunds
- Refunds are processed as per our Refund Policy.
- Bank and gateway charges are non-refundable.
- Invoice & Documentation
- A formal invoice will be issued for each payment received.
- Tour vouchers, flight tickets, hotel confirmations, and final travel documents will be shared only after full payment is received.
