At Indian Travel Consultants, we strive to ensure that your travel experience is smooth, secure, and memorable. If a booking is cancelled and a refund is applicable, it will be processed as per the policy outlined below.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are applicable in the following cases:

• Cancellation of tour bookings within the applicable refund period (as per our Cancellation Policy)
• Failure to deliver agreed-upon services due to our own operational shortcomings
• Tour cancellations made by Indian Travel Consultants due to uncontrollable factors (e.g. natural disasters, government restrictions)

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

• Visa fees, insurance charges, or permit fees
• Domestic or international airfare once ticketed (subject to airline policy)
• Train bookings made through IRCTC or similar services
• Hotel bookings marked as non-refundable at the time of reservation
• Third-party service charges or administrative fees
• Any no-show or partially used services (e.g., missed hotel night, unused transport)

3. Refund Process & Timeline

• Refund requests must be made in writing via email to your booking agent or to [info@indiantravelconsultants.com]
• Refunds will be processed within 21 working days after cancellation confirmation and submission of necessary documentation
• Refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment
• Bank transaction charges, currency conversion fees, or gateway service charges may be deducted, if applicable

4. Force Majeure

In case of cancellations due to events beyond our control (like natural calamities, strikes, epidemics, political unrest, or government-imposed restrictions), refunds may be partial or issued as credit notes, depending on the terms agreed with hotels, airlines, and service providers.

5. Amendments & Rescheduling

Instead of cancellation, we offer flexible options such as:

• Date change or postponement (subject to availability and partner policies)
• Travel credit voucher valid for future travel with Indian Travel Consultants
