At Indian Travel Consultants, we understand that travel plans may change due to unforeseen circumstances. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our valued guests and our operational commitments.

Cancellation by the Client:

If you wish to cancel your tour, written notification must be sent to us via email. The cancellation charges will be applicable as per the schedule below:

• 60 days or more before departure: 10% of the total tour cost (processing fees)
• 45 to 59 days before departure: 25% of the total tour cost
• 30 to 44 days before departure: 50% of the total tour cost
• 15 to 29 days before departure: 100 % of the total tour cost

Note: Certain hotel bookings and domestic flight/train tickets may be non-refundable or subject to different cancellation terms. In such cases, we will inform you at the time of booking.
