A golden Triangle tour is a perfect tour for first timers visiting India. Tour stars in the capital city of India, visiting both Old Delhi and New Delhi, visiting the narrow streets of Old Delhi, enjoying the Bicycle ride through narrow lanes and spice market of Old Delhi to colonial British Architecture visiting the Gate way of India, Parliament building, Presidents Palace to Mughal India visiting the famous Humayun tomb and temple during the visit of Delhi. A 4 to 5 hours driver we proceed to visit Jaipur- Pink city of India famous for its Palace, forts museums and a special Elephant ride to enjoy the view of the Aravalli hills and a fort. A visit to Taj Mahal – Monument of Love and seventh wonder of the world.
Day 1: Arrive in New Delhi
After reaching Indira Gandhi International Airport in Delhi, you will be warmly greeted with a welcome. After that, you will head towards your hotel, where you can rest and have dinner after your long journey.
Day 2: Delhi Discovery
After breakfast, go on a bicycle rickshaw ride through the alleyways of Old Delhi, where you will come across the majestic Jama Masjid, silver traders and even spice bazaars. Visit Rajghat, the cremation site of Mahatma Gandhi and check out the community kitchen at the Gurudwara Bangla Sahib. Take pictures at the President’s Palace and India Gate and then head off to explore Humayun’s Tomb, an ancient Mughal splendour. End your exploration by marvelling at the lotus-shaped Baha’i Temple and then return to the hotel to take dinner and stay overnight.
Day 3: Delhi to Jaipur (4 to 5 hours via Road)
After breakfast, depart for Jaipur. En route, you’ll watch the landscape shift from plains to the dusty hills of Rajasthan. Check in, freshen up, then get your first glimpse of the Pink City at Hawa Mahal (Palace of Winds) and the romantic Jal Mahal floating on Man Sagar Lake.
Day 4: Jaipur’s Royal Splendour
Day 5: Jaipur to Agra (via Abhaneri & Fatehpur Sikri)
Day 6: The Taj Mahal at Sunrise & Agra Fort
Day 7: Agra to Delhi
After breakfast, drive back to Delhi. The afternoon is yours, shop for souvenirs in Connaught Place, sample street-food chaats in Chandni Chowk or simply relax at your hotel.
Day 8: Departure from Delhi
Enjoy a final breakfast, then transfer to the airport for your flight home and depart with a camera full of memories and a newfound love for India’s Golden Triangle!
