Day 01: Arrival in Delhi
Welcome to India. Once you arrive at the airport in Delhi, our representative will be present to greet you with a traditional garland. After that, you will be taken to the hotel. Check in and then relax for the day.
Day 2: Delhi Sightseeing
After your breakfast, you will head out to explore India’s beautiful capital along with our guides. Check out the Lakshmi Narayan Temple and then go on a rickshaw ride through Old Delhi and take in the aromas, sounds and sights. After that, visit Raj Ghat, which is the cremation site of Mahatma Gandhi and then drive past the Rashtrapati Bhavan and India Gate. Lastly, head to the iconic Qutub Minar and the breathtaking lotus-shaped Baha’i Temple before you head back to your hotel.
Day 3: Delhi to Jaipur (5 Hours drive)
Once you complete breakfast, you will head out for the iconic Pink City, Jaipur, via car. It will take 5 hours to reach the city, and once you do, check into the hotel. After resting for a while, head out to explore the beautiful and ancient “Hawa Mahal’, also known as the Palace of Winds. This palace is well-known for its royal architecture and latticework. Return to the hotel, have dinner and stay overnight in Jaipur.
Day 4: Jaipur Exploration
Take your breakfast and head out to explore the beautiful and majestic Amber Fort Palace in the morning. Along with that, check out the City Palace, which consists of a blend of Rajasthani and Mughal architecture. Don’t forget to visit the 300-year-old astronomical observatory, Jantar Mantar, a place that is filled with history. Later on, check out the local markets of Jaipur, which are well-known for their hand-woven carpets, textiles and even gemstones. Do visit the carpet-weaving and gem-cutting factories for a glimpse of the city’s extraordinary craftsmanship.
Day 5: Jaipur to Ranthambore
After breakfast, drive to Ranthambore National Park, a haven for wildlife lovers. Upon arrival, check into the resort and relax amidst nature.
Day 6: Jungle Safari in Ranthambore
Begin your day with an early morning jungle safari in search of tigers and other wildlife. After breakfast, relax or opt for an afternoon safari. Evening at leisure with dinner at the resort.
Day 7: Ranthambore to Agra (5 Hours)
On the 7th day, you will drive to the city of love: Agra. Check into your hotel and then proceed to visit the Taj Mahal, one of the Seven Wonders of the World. Later, visit the massive Agra Fort with its red sandstone walls and intricate palaces.
Note: The Taj Mahal is closed on Fridays.
Day 8: Agra to Gwalior (2.5 Hours)
After breakfast, drive to Gwalior. Visit the majestic Gwalior Fort, perched atop a hill and known for its stunning views and ancient temples. Check into your hotel for the night.
Day 9: Gwalior to Orchha (2.5 Hours)
Drive to the medieval town of Orchha, set on the banks of the Betwa River. Visit Orchha Fort, Jehangir Mahal, and the spiritual Chaturbhuj Temple. Enjoy a peaceful evening and overnight stay.
Day 10: Orchha to Khajuraho (2.5 Hours)
Drive to Khajuraho, famous for its UNESCO-listed temples adorned with intricate and sensual sculptures. Explore the Western Group of Temples and enjoy the sunset at this historic site.
Day 11: Khajuraho Sightseeing
On Day 11, you will delve deeper into Khajuraho’s Eastern and Western Temples. Visit the Khajuraho Museum and consider attending a sound and light show that brings temple stories alive. Evening at leisure.
Day 12: Panna National Park Excursion
Leave early for a Jeep Safari in Panna Tiger Reserve, known for its tigers, leopards, sloth bears, and diverse birdlife. Return to Khajuraho and relax. Optional visit to Raneh Falls and Ken Gharial Sanctuary, or enjoy a local village tour.
Day 13: Khajuraho to Varanasi (via Flight)
Take a flight to Varanasi, one of the world’s oldest living cities. Upon arrival, check into your hotel. In the evening, witness the enchanting Ganga Aarti ceremony at the ghats, which is a mesmerising spiritual experience.
Day 14: Varanasi Exploration
Enjoy a serene boat ride at sunrise on the Ganges, and visit the sacred cremation ghats, Manikarnika and Harishchandra. Explore Kashi Vishwanath Temple, Annapurna Temple, and take an afternoon excursion to Sarnath, where Buddha delivered his first sermon. Return to the hotel for an overnight stay.
Day 15: Varanasi to Delhi (via Flight)
Fly back to Delhi and check into your hotel. Use this day to relax or enjoy some last-minute shopping or sightseeing on your own. Overnight in Delhi.
Day 16: Departure from Delhi
After breakfast, transfer to Delhi airport for your flight back home, taking with you memories of a lifetime.
